An exotic and earthy blend of mushrooms, spices and curry. Serve in a bread boule or with any appetizer platter.
Recipes:
1. Wonton Bites: Coat muffin tins with non-stick and gently push a small wonton wrapper into each tin. Bake at 350 degrees until crisp and golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Fill each wonton with 1 tsp. prepared Mushroom Curry Dip and top with chopped red onion and red bell pepper.
2. Curry Rice Balls: Add 1 Cup Mushroom Curry Dip to 1 Cup cold, cooked brown rice and mix well until thoroughly combined. Spoon out by tablespoon and roll into 1 inch balls. Roll each ball into dried or fresh cilantro or chives. Chill before serving.
