Shake this flavorful seasoning into a stir-fry, in your favorite hamburger recipe or atop chicken, corn on the cob or popcorn. It makes a great garlic bread and it's perfect for topping pizza.
Recipes:
1. Mix 1 TBS. Gussie’s Garlic Seasoning with 1/4 Cup sour cream for a super topping on your baked potato. Then add fresh chives, bacon, cheese – whatever you desire!
2. Baked Chicken: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Add 2 TBS. of Gussie’s to 1/2 Cup breadcrumbs. Lightly brush both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil. Press chicken into prepared breadcrumbs and coat entirely. Place in a non-stick baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil. Sprinkle chicken with shredded mozzarella or cheddar and continue baking uncovered until thoroughly cooked.
3. Use as an addition to any pizza or pasta dish.
4. Grilled Veggies: Lightly toss your prepared veggies with olive oil. Sprinkle with Gussie’s and mix well. Grill to perfection and enjoy dinner outdoors…
