Wake up your tastebuds with this Mexican inspired spice mix. You can shake it on almost anything or mix with sour cream for dipping.
Recipes:
1. Mix 2-3 TBS. Spicy Gringo Seasoning with 1/2 Cup sour cream; 1 TBS. fresh, chopped cilantro and 1 TBS. lime juice. Stir well. Chill for 1/2 hour or overnight. Use as a condiment for quesadillas and burritos or use as a dip for mangos or your favorite tortillas.
2. Add 3-4 TBS. to 1 lb. ground beef or turkey to add some kick to your burgers!
3. Mix into your black beans and rice. Be adventurous with corn on the cob!
4. Gringo Shrimp – instead of the same “old” seasoning – add Spicy Gringo Seasoning to your steamed shrimp.
